Who we are
InstaaBuild ("we", "us") provides landing pages, order management, courier booking, fraud scoring and marketing automation for online sellers in Bangladesh. This policy explains what data we handle when you use instaabuild.com, the InstaaBuild app, and pages published with it.
Two kinds of data
- Merchant data — information about you and your business when you create an account.
- Store customer data — information your buyers submit on your landing pages (name, phone, address, order details). For this data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, business and shop information, staff members you invite.
- Store content: products, prices, landing pages, coupons, delivery charges and other settings you create.
- Orders and buyers: buyer name, phone, delivery address, order items, order status, and abandoned-cart details captured during checkout.
- Integration credentials: courier, SMS and payment-gateway credentials you connect. Courier credentials are stored encrypted.
- Billing: subscription plan and invoice records. Card and mobile-wallet payments are processed by SSLCommerz; we do not store full payment details.
- Usage and device data: log data, browser type, pages visited and cookies described below.
How we use it
- To run the service: publish pages, take orders, book couriers, send the SMS and WhatsApp messages you configure.
- To score orders for fraud risk using phone format, your own order history, your blacklist and delivery history from couriers you have connected.
- To send conversion events (for example, a purchase) to Meta, TikTok or Google Analytics when you enable server-side tracking.
- To bill subscriptions, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve the product.
- To send service emails. Marketing emails are only sent where permitted and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the features you use:
- Courier partners you connect (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) — to book deliveries and check delivery history.
- SMS gateway (your BulkSMS BD account) and our WhatsApp messaging gateway — to send messages you configure.
- SSLCommerz — to process subscription payments.
- Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) — only when you enable tracking for your pages, and on our own website.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve data for us.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Cookies
We use a login cookie to keep you signed in, and on this website we may use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and sign-ups. You can block cookies in your browser; the app requires the login cookie to work.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and store data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; some billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is scoped to your account and staff permissions, and integration credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password and API tokens private.
Your choices
You can access, correct or export your data from the app, and request deletion by contacting us. Buyers who want their data changed or removed should contact the seller they ordered from; we will help that seller respond.
